Bluestone is seeking an enthusiastic First and Third Year Apprentice either currently enrolled or applying to enrol at an accredited Victorian Apprenticeship Institution.
Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum of one year. Bluestone is a member of the Restaurant and Catering Association Victoria (RCAV), staff work under the guidelines of a collective agreement. The Agreement is based on the RCAV framework.
Bluestone is a reputable employer and will only pay staff with the correct and legal credentials.

Bluestone Restaurant Bar is located between Queen and Elizabeth Streets in the heart of Melbourne corporate CBD. Bluestone is a split level venue with an up market restaurant and a contemporary basement lounge bar.

Bluestone prides itself on training and supporting young hospitality professionals, we offer a fantastic opportunity for Apprentice Chefs trained under the Guidance of Executive Head Chef Cody Cunningham. As a Bluestone apprentice you will be required to learn all facets of our business, including restaurant, lounge bar, wood fired pizzas and various functions including Weddings.
