Our Restaurant al a carte menu encapsulates Chef Cody Cunningham’s cuisine which is market driven whilst embracing Australian flavour – as an example try our Wattle-seed Pavlova with a chocolate and strawberry gum sauce OR our lamb rump, sweet potato puree, fresh tumeric labne, sumac and gum oil.
Cody also enjoys matching flavours that are a little more adventurous, for example try our Murray Valley pork rack with grilled watermelon and wilted roquette. Tried and true all time favourites also appear on the menu such as our signature harvey bay scallops.
Dietary requests are catered for, gluten free and vegetarian options are marked on our menu. Please advise our staff when making a reservations of any special dietary requests.
